We must work to lower the cost of living in Montgomery. We can do this best through business growth and increased economic activity. And we can do this through fiscal responsibility in how we manage Village expenses. Too many residents are struggling to make ends meet; we must lessen the burden on families and on our 2,800 senior citizens who live on fixed incomes.
